If you are a member of our e-shop “Log in” by entering the email and password you have already registered.
If you do not have an account in our online store, you can “Create a new account” by entering your email to register as a member and enjoy privileges, offers and updates!
You can also buy the item you are interested in as a visitor.You select the product you want and click on the relevant “cart” icon in order to buy the item you are interested in and add it to your cart.
During the purchase process there are detailed steps to guide you through the process of completing your order.
After your order we will contact you by email (to the email you have indicated) and/or by phone to confirm your order. If it is not possible to contact you, the order will remain pending for one week. If the above period expires without action, your order will be automatically cancelled.
Accepted are orders that are made from Greece and therefore shipments are only made within Greece. The order is sent to the address indicated by the customer, by means that our company has chosen. The dispatch of the order is made within 10 (ten) working days and with shipping costs, for which you can find out in the relevant paragraph “Procedure and costs of receipt / dispatch”.
HIGH VIOLENCE
If for reasons of force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, non-availability of materials on the part of our suppliers, etc.) we are unable to deliver the goods within the predetermined period of 10 days from receipt of your order, we will contact you as soon as possible in order to state whether you wish, under these circumstances, to complete your order.
PRICES OF PRODUCTS
The indicated prices of the products are the final prices (including VAT). Our company reserves the right to change the prices listed in its online store, expressly understood that any change in prices does not affect orders that have already been placed by the customer and which will be executed at the price in force at the time of placing the order.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
In case of non-availability of materials for the manufacture of the ordered item on the part of our supplier, which will result in an increase in delivery time, our company will notify the customer of the delay in delivery of the item. If it is deemed by the customer that the delay in delivery makes the transaction unprofitable, then the customer can request the cancellation of the order for the specific item. Existing other items in the given order will be delivered normally. Except in the case of purchase by credit card where it is not possible to deliver part of the total order.
