Before completing the order, you are given the option to choose delivery of the order to your place (when the corresponding transport cost will be determined) or pick it up from the physical store of your choice (click & collect). The price policy is not the same in all distribution channels and therefore there may be differences. The order is completed by accepting these terms and selecting “Payment & Order Completion”. At this point you will be transferred to the secure environment of the partner company (Viva Wallet) that has taken over the routing of the cards for the payment of the order.<\/p>\n

Collection from the store: In the event that when submitting the order, collection from the store is selected, this can be done from the morning of the next day of receipt from our supplier. When receiving the Order from the Customer Reception department of the store, an identification document (such as a national identity card or passport) must be presented as well as the order number. Orders must be received within fourteen calendar days of their completion, otherwise the Company reserves the right to withdraw from the sale. If the Customer wishes to authorize a third party to receive his order, then the third authorized person should have with him a special authorization to receive the specific order legally recognized by KEP or police or other Authority as well as an official document necessary for the control of identity (police ID, passport, etc.). Since after the receipt of the products, the risk passes to the Customer, the latter must check the products he receives upon receipt, as with his signature upon receipt he confirms that he has correctly received the products of his order.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs are calculated based on the Customer’s order. The delivery time of orders and services is specified in the order. The Company is not responsible for delays in the execution of the order (including delivery) due to circumstances that cannot be attributed to the fault of the Company or due to force majeure. Examples may include strikes, acts of terrorism, war, supplier \/ transportation \/ production problems, currency fluctuations, governmental or legislative acts and natural disasters. If such incidents last more than two (2) months, the sales contract may be terminated by either party without compensation. If the Customer considers that he no longer has an interest in the execution of the order, he is entitled to terminate the sales contract and the Company is obliged to return to him the price as well as any other amount that had been paid under the sales contract.<\/p>\n

RETURN\/WITHDRAWAL<\/h2>\n

The Customer can return the products purchased from the online store because he simply changed his mind, within thirty (14) days from the date of purchase. Exceptions are products that have been customized to the customer’s measurements. The Customer must return the product exactly in the perfect condition in which it was received. In particular, the returned product must not have been used and must be in perfect condition, exactly as it was before it was sold. The products can be returned to the headquarters of the Company. In the event that the Customer wishes to return products he has purchased with delivery to his premises and cannot return the products to the store himself, the cooperating transport company can undertake, for an additional fee, the return of the products to the store. The charge for transporting the products depends on the zip code of the customer’s area and the volume of the goods. After checking the returned products and if the above conditions are met, the Company will inform the Bank of the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank will take any necessary action. Following this information, the Company bears no responsibility for the time and method of execution of the offsetting, which is regulated by the contract drawn up between the issuing bank and the Customer.<\/p>\n
