ORDER CANCELLATION<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can call 2510611004 | Monday \u2013 Friday 9:00 \u2013 14:00 and one of our partners will handle the cancellation of your order.<\/span><\/p>\n

RETURNS – PRODUCT CHANGES<\/span><\/p>\n

Lamour De Soi always with the best customer service in mind, gives you the opportunity to change or even return your order from any part of the Greek territory is your headquarters in case some of the products do not satisfy you.<\/p>\n

The customer has the possibility to return the products in consultation with our company in some of the following cases:<\/p>\n

Shipment and receipt of a product of poor or defective quality through the fault of the Company itself.<\/p>\n

Return of products due to delivery errors at the Company’s own risk.<\/p>\n

In any case, the customer should return the unused products to the company itself, so that they can be checked and the error can be identified within 7 calendar days from the day of receipt of the products. The products must be returned in their packaging, without damage or deterioration, accompanied by the corresponding documents of the packaging.<\/p>\n

In cases where the return of the products is not made within 7 days, the products cannot be returned.<\/p>\n

Also in case of unjustified return of the customer – without having made an error by the online store (eg wrong product) – then the refund is made after deducting the cost of shipping both during the shipment and during the return of the products to the store, ie the shipping is borne entirely by the customer only if the product is unused.<\/p>\n

If all of the above are met, the customer is entitled to receive a credit voucher for the purchase of other products of equal value.<\/p>\n

In any case, it is advisable for the customer to contact the Lamour De Soi offices to inform the persons responsible for the return of the products on the phones:<\/p>\n

PRODUCT SHIPMENT<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The Customer is required to pack the product in the box in which he received it and then send it with the carrier with which he received it, marking on the box “FOR THE RETURNS DEPARTMENT”, writing us if he wishes to the reasons for which he is returning the product.<\/span><\/p>\n

If the above conditions are not met, then the company reserves the right to return the product to the customer and charge the shipping costs.<\/p>\n

Lamour De Soi reserves the right to withdraw or amend its returns policy by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on its website.<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n
